Simpurgo App is a mobile operating platform used by Simpurgo Building Maintenance.

Our platform is a vital tool used in assisting our managers, onsite cleaners and our clients with our daily janitorial operations. The logics behind this platform enables us to seamlessly merge our daily tasks into a well-designed platform for better monitoring and transparency.

Our easy to use dashboard creates a pleasant user experience without disrupting normal operating procedures.

CLOCK IN/OUT - The GPS tracked Clock In/Out application creates a dynamic approach in our efforts to increase accuracy and remote supervision across 100’s of locations.

SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) - Each location has a viewable SOW on all dashboards for easy access to task pertaining information

DOCUMENTING - The detailed documenting of Quality Assurance (QA) Reports, SOW, Scheduling and location details gives our staff the tools needed to complete each task at hand.

INSPECTIONS - The customized QA Inspection application gives each location a unique set of criteria specific to its location for accurate QA reporting and tracking.

DIFFECIENTCIES - As new QA Reports are generated, we are now able to track the performance at any one location, location sub-area or a specific employee at all his/her locations.

COMMUNICATION - The chat application allows for ongoing communication throughout the entire organization. It’s broken down into two functions; employee to manager and manager to client.

SUPPLIES - This application assists with the ongoing supply ordering broken down per location with ability for staff to request supplies. Request can then be tracked through status changes.

ACCOUNANTABILTY - To-Do lists, Before and After (B&A) photos and Clock In/Out procedures ensure our staff become accountable for each task performed onsite.

SECURITY - In order for staff to Clock In, all staff are prompt to acknowledge and understand the SOW, WHISM and OHS procedures in places for that particular location. In order for staff to Clock Out, all staff are required to follow specific exiting procedures set forth by the Admin. For examples; “Are all lights off, alarm activated and door lock?” All staff and client profiles show who the cleaners, supervisors and managers are for that location along with copies of ID Badges and immediate contact routing for both staff and clients.

PROFILES - Staff profiles store all pertinent information, such as; QA history, last activities, service locations, contact information, ID Badges, etc.
